About - Currently taking Commissions
Having completed my art education with a Foundation Course in Art in the Borders, my path took a different turn when I moved to Glasgow back in 1996, with my art taking a pause to have a family and ending up in an IT profession instead. However, 20 odd years later and with my boys getting older, I'm now able to spend more time on my creative side too.
This website is aimed at providing examples of my commissions to date to let you see if you like my style of art, my medium of choice is generally acrylic paints, but pencil colours came into the mix for my Illustrations but more recently I've dabbled in watercolours, which had always scared me in the past!
To get me away from the studio, I love adventures in the mountains, I love to Run, Hike, Ski and of course E-Mountain bike on them.
